I have lived in Japan twice previously, including a 1-year high school exchange studentship in Nagano and half a year teaching English at an English conversation school in Kumamoto. I am certified 2nd level on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
I have been teaching English at our home company, Hop Step Jump, for over a year now. I currently teach English to native Japanese speakers in an age range of 7 months to 80+ years old. I enjoy teaching all levels and all ages!

Comments  I first came to Japan in 1994. I received my Bachelor Degree (Engineering) from University of Tokyo in 1998, After that I had worked with Hitachi Limited in Tochigi until year 2000. Then, I joined the R&D team of a multinational company in Malaysia. In year 2005, I came back and entered Gifu University Graduate School of Engineering. I have completed my Master's degree in March 2008 and now doing my Ph.D at the same university. I have been teaching at Hop Step Jump for 3 years now. I really enjoy meeting new people.
